Paul Regan has won the sixteenth annual Microsoft Ireland Art prize, and his works are currently being exhibited in a solo show in the EPDC 5 building. His work was in competition with other works in the company's private collection. One of Regan's works was commissioned as a centrepiece for the Microsofts new EPDC 5 Building in Leopardstown, south Dublin.

Regan is known primarily as a painter using both oils and acrylics as well as water-soluble paints (sometimes his works are digitally processed), but also for works in print and sculpture. Another recent commision was the Central Bank of Ireland commemorative ten-euro coin marking EU accession.

Born in 1970, Regan qualified from the College of Marketing and Design in Dublin in 1993 and has since had numerous solo exhibitions in Ireland and America. His website is here.
