The John Graham exhibition at Green on Red Gallery opened yesterday evening as the artist's first solo show in Dublin and runs through 17 May. The works are site-specific and narrative-based, informed by an interest in film and how its formal devices become implicated in everyday life. Projections and narrated monitor sequences create a continuous visual and verbal dialogue. For more information on the artist and Opening sequence..., please visit Green on Red Gallery.

The self-organized group exhibition of NCAD postgraduate students in the Master of Fine Arts and Art in the Contemporary World courses opened yesterday evening in The Atrium of Temple Bar Gallery and runs through 19 April. Student collaboration with invited curator Gavin Murphy led the exhibition to avoid normal dictations of a survey show. Artists took paintings, sculptures, installations, film works and concepts out of the studio to allow the viewer to inspect the artistic process. More information on Unfurl may be found here.
